The Centre of Veterinary Science was founded in 1996 in the heart of the city centre under veterinary surgeon Dr József Péli's leadership. First we have set ourselves to look after the pets of central animal keepers on a high level. Within some years we have had patients from every district of Budapest. Now we cure animals not only from the capital but from the country, too.

Beside the veterinarian surgery there is an animal pharmacy where owners can find everything for their pets from medicines to the nutriants and pet shop products. Taking advantage of the city we considered it necessary to make possible for the owners living in other districts to buy the medicines prescribed by their vets.

My life is connected with the fifth district. This is the place where I have lived since my birth. Here I finished the primary and secondary school. After the secondary  school I worked at the Physiological Department of the Veterinary College. Then I became an undergraduate. After finishing university and gaining professional experiences I founded the Centre of veterinary science in the city in Báthori street on 120 square metres.
In 1995 I founded the family vet service for curing sick animals at their homes. This needed a clinical background which has been provided by the Centre since 1996.
I would like to make the owners acquainted with the modern animal keeping and the early detection of diseases by my articles published in several newspapers.
